He completed MBA (Business Development & Marketing ) from Symbiosis and Engineering from Russian Maritime University (Petersburg, Russia). He has been associated with the Company since its inception as promoter. He is responsible for taking decisions for the company and business development.

LAVANYA is a dynamic and highly motivated leader. He heads up the overall business development operations of the company in Dubai & Middle East region. He has broad functional skills, excellent management skills and has wide international experience. He sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He has a strong track record of driving transformation for enterprises, executing business turnarounds and managing successful acquisitions.
Mohit is handling the Operations part of the Company. He has been involved in Customer Care, Collection profile, ensuring that the Inbound and Outbound calls of the customers are handled efficiently. Reconciling the booking data and ensure on-time amount collection from the stakeholders. Coordinating with the sales team and ensure the effective communication should take place between the Management and the team. Ensuring the process and procedures made by the company and its effective implementation during the complete sales process.
Ramchandra has proven experience in recruitment process with short listing candidates and organizing interview schedule and follow up with the candidates. He has been involved in Updating Statutory Compliance Registers on monthly basis. He is looking overall profile of Handling Travel Arrangement and supporting facility management.
